Lions Municipal Golf Course ("Muny" is a historic public course opened in 1924 and later refined by Perry Maxwell. It became the first desegregated public course in the South in 1950. A tree-lined, walkable layout just outside downtown Austin, it helped shape legends Ben Crenshaw and Tom Kite, and features the iconic 16th - "Hogan's Hole" - named for Ben Hogan.
