Frosty Valley Golf Links by alanda. Founded by the Ruffing Family in 1988, Frosty Valley has become a community gem in the heart of Upper St. Clair. The course was previously Hidden Valley Country Club. Today it boasts nine diverse holes, an inviting clubhouse, large grass driving range, golf lessons, with a friendly unique golf course.
